Did you know that you can now refund an order directly through Oznr?
Simply find the customer’s item that needs to be refunded, and click the gold arrow under the “Actions” column. From there, you can choose to add the items back to your inventory, and add any notes. Once you click "Refund" you will see a call-out at the top showing proof of refund, and the offer will display as "Inactive".
Currently the refund feature only allows for full refunds per offer. If you need to process a partial refund, you will need to submit this outside of Oznr via Stripe, and then let Support know, and we can remove the item from their account.
Event tickets that have been transferred can’t be refunded through Oznr at release.
