If you have updated your Oznr app, you can now update your proxy yourself! Please note that you can only remove/update the proxy if the offer/pickup window is still open! To do so, follow these steps:
- Head to the orders page where you assigned the proxy, and click the "Remove Proxy Button"
- Click Submit on pop up box
- Click "OK" and your proxy has been removed. You can now re-enter your new proxy or your proxy's correct information!
If you have any issues removing your proxy, ensure your app is up to date! If it is and the issue persists, just email us at support@oznr.com with the following information:
- Email address of your Oznr account (if you aren't emailing from it)
- Product Purchased
